By registering a profile on E-SWAB, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident citizen eligible to hold asset custody, and fully competent to enter into these terms. You agree to provide true, current, and complete details during profile creation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile details and dashboard access credentials. You agree to notify E-SWAB immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree not to engage in actions that damage, disrupt, or impair the platform's infrastructure.
The E-SWAB website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of dashboard components or simulated trackers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict platform features at any time without notice to satisfy security or compliance standards.
All content, graphics, vector icons, SVG elements, logos, and code on the E-SWAB platform are the exclusive property of E-SWABALAMBI DIGITAL INDIA MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhubri, Assam.
